This is a bilingual reminiscence. Altogether there are forty memoirs, twenty in Bengali and twelve in English written by people of different walks of life starting from sole seekers of truth to confirmed housewives. All of them did come in contact with Prajnanpurush Sri Sri Babathakur—in these presentations they have expressed how they came in His contact and how close they were with Him—in the process these became their homage to the Master. One seeker professor who did not get the opportunity to meet the Master personally met Him in absentia through His revealed deliberations and songs. These collections of memoirs are worth reading for getting diverse views about a Self-realizer of the highest order.

This treatise embodies the manifested identity of Sri Sri Babathakur in action field alongwith His usual dalliance in knowledge domain. Ardent devotee of the Master Sri Tushar Bhattacharyya accompanied the Master when He travelled North Bengal to demonstrate action-based spiritualism. Sri Bhattacharyya kept note of the proceedings as also His deliberations and interactions with others all along which He put down between the covers for presenting to the people at large. The treatise is divided into five segments. The first segment depicts the stay of the Master at Siliguri (Burima’s house) and the activities there including Satsang, visit of the team headed by the Master to a philanthropic unit and His usual public relations. Segment two covers visit to Golabari, cultivation activities of the Master there and His explanation correlating such activities with spiritualism. Local folk culture was a part of the interaction there. Sri Sri Babathakur’s visit to jungle area Panjhora near Golabari and associated activities are reported in segment three. Segment four is designed to cover the activities of the Master after is return from Golabari. Segment five, however is a different presentation. The Master visited Thane near Mumbai where He stayed with Tapas Rajderkar and family. There His role was completely different.
Sri Bhattacharyya has given extensive coverage and quoted the Master as often as possible for keeping the mundane activities supported by the Master’s spiritual dialects. The book thus becomes a pleasant reading yet not missing the flavour the Master provides all the while.

This is a treatise which contains the compiled realized and revealed messages of Sri Sri Babathakur. The book is divided into four parts named as waves by the Master Himself. The parts/chapters bear no names but the waves have titled sections. The contents are mind-flushing and heart-rending. The first wave starts with the ‘true identity of Sri Sri Babathakur’ as told by the Master Himself. Thus then are sections spread all over that explain the object of birth of a man, essence of action, divine disposition and self-effort, about dharma, Bhajan and singing glory of God, evolution, life and vitals, Yoga-meditation-trance, about the Avatars, essence of devotion, identity of the Supreme Self and many many others. Sri Sri Babathakur’s advice to all is ‘Be sincere to your own Self’. He told, ‘suffering is the best teacher’, ‘Expectation of pleasure is the house of sorrow’ and many such gems There is a chronology in the presentation as followed by the compiler not on time-basis but on the subject basis— gradual unfoldment of the essence of the Self has been the motive behind.

This treatise is a manual of messages of the Divine Master on Realization as it is. There are altogether twenty six chapter in the book – the first being the ‘Introduction’ of the Master by the Master Himself which is not a conventional introduction. The subsequent chapters include collected short-form messages on Guru, Science of Perfection-Absolute, Science of Oneness, Science of Acceptance, significance of Dharma, Self-Knowledge, right use of things, eligibility to go for sadhana, glorification of bhajan, necessity of having grief, food and its types, significance of worship, death, true meaning of ‘heart’, Maya and Maa, Yoga – types and applications, bondage and salvation, Divine sanction and self-effort, Me, mine and ‘I’, Knowledge, Essence of realization and perfection, life of a true knower and many others. These messages are acceptable to all as axioms and also as essence/gist of the science of realization.

The process, which the compiler has adopted in producing this absorbing title not only makes one aware of the subject matter, it also takes one to the voyage of knowing his own true identity, which is ‘All Divine, For All Time As It Is’.

This is a treatise in Bengali dealt on the essence of ideas and consciousness. There are sixteen chapters which are called Vichar (inferential judgement) by the Divine Master. These sixteen anecdotes are actually sixteen deliberations made by the Master at New Delhi, Kalibari in 2001 and 2002. Every deliberation was preceded by a short speech by a ‘mover’—all these speeches have also been included in a separate section in the beginning from which the readers may get the overall perspective of the deliberations made.

Essences of Ideas and consciousness are approximate translation of the essence distributed here, it may be called essence of I. The Master said ‘I’ exists eternally, I is the I of all others I’. The chapters do not have any title heads, neither the chapters have separate titled sections but each chapter has dealt with specific essence such as the first chapter has considered the analysis of I-external as also internal. The second chapter gives the impression of ‘self-hypnotized’ self which needs be overcome. It should be mentioned that through all the sixteen chapters gradual unfoldment of the essence of I-Reality has been made. Since these are collection of deliberations each chapter starts with a revealed song which essentially is the gist of the deliberation made. It is a relatively large volume and has included the Master’s revealed speeches wherein, besides essence of truth, anecdotes of interest and prescription for living a life of grace are included.
